Wizards of locks ships all of their products worldwide. Your order will be processed no later than the next buisness day and once your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail and a receipt for the purchase.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery time
The total time it takes us at Wizard of locks to deliver your ordered goods is described below:
As shown above the total delivery time is calculated from the time you made your order at Wizard Of Locks until it has been delivered to your chosen destination.
Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order, packing and get it ready for shipment.
Shipping time includes the time it takes for your ordered items to travel from our warehouse to your selected destination.
All orders will be sent either by the Royal Mail International Air Mail or the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed depending on your order total amount.
Shipping costs are flat rate but varies depending on the destination region, see the map below for pricing.
If you are unsatisfied you may return anything you purchase from Wizards Of Locks for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new condition.
We will credit your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 1-2 days of the time we receive your return.
If you receive a defective product from us email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not return defective products without authorization.
In most cases a new product will be sent to you or we will swap your defective item for a new one.
Just return the item to the address on the packing slip and make a note on the packing slip explaining what you would like done (refund or exchange).
Books, Videos, CD-Rom's, and DVD's are not returnable unless defective.
You must notify us within 15 days of receipt.
